I bought this watch at 23:00 (evening) the i went to sleep! When i woke up, i looked my bill and realised that i’ve been charged for the shipping but it was suppose to be free.. it was written: all shipping free! I immediatly send a message to your customers service because i want A refund for the shipping! They told me it is not possible because i ordered on the usa site... i still don’t understand because it is written: all shiping free! So i asked them to cancel my order but they refused... i still think that your are supposed to give me a refund for the shipping that inpaid because your publicity tell : all shipping free! ... so i like the watch but the costumer service was very bad...

Love this watch! It’s cute and I love being able to switch out the band for a different look. Only downside is that within a week, I must have bumped the face against something & now there’s a small indent in the gold around the face. I was surprised that it indented, but it’s pretty minor. Still a great watch!
