The customer service was impeccable. We never had delivery for 2 1/2 months on the 1st order, we figured an issue of our Pandemic lives, so a reorder with expedited delivery and a refund was issued. The 2nd order came in 3-4 days and the 1st order came about 1 week later, of course, so a return shipment was made. The product and the customer service made this an enjoyable adventure.
