SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.

Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. MVMT cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is done by our partner ESW, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out. We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

"If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com"

WATCH SPECS & WARRANTY

We didn't look past one feature when designing MVMT. Our battery-powered quartz watches use a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement, which is one of the most well known and trusted in the industry. We also offer watches with self-winding automatic movements, ranging from Japanese-made Miyota automatic movements to Seiko automatic watch movements.

"Many MVMT watches feature water resistant technology, ranging between different ATM levels. Please refer to the product page under SPECS to find out the ATM level of a specific model. "

This is actually a very simple fix, please see the instructions below.

If the middle subdial pointer is pointed to the right:

Simply pull the crown (knob to adjust the time) out 2 clicks and then press the bottom button on your watch. This will make the subdial hand jump back one second at a time. Do this until the hand is straight.

If the middle subdial pointer is pointed to the left:

Simply pull the crown (knob to adjust the time) out 2 clicks and then press the top button on your watch. This will make the subdial hand jump forward one second at a time. Do this until the hand is straight.

If the far left sub-dial is not centered, you will need to press the correct button (reference above) continuously. The stopwatch minute hand (far left dial) is synchronized with stopwatch second hand (middle dial).

This warranty does not cover any user abuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, if you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

The batteries for our Classic, Chronos, Voyagers, Modern Sports, Rise, Signature, Gala, MOD, Field, Element, and Dot watches are SONY SR626SW. The 40 series, Revolver, Odyssey, Boulevard, Avenue, Nova, Bloom, Signature II, Signature Square, Coronada watch batteries are SONY SR621SW. Our Blacktop watches use SONY SR927W batteries. Our Element Chrono watches use SONY SR920SW.

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

SUNGLASS SPECS & WARRANTY

All of our sunglasses are UV 400 protected, which blocks all light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers. (This covers all of UVA and UVB rays.)

We do not provide prescription services. However, our frames are capable of being fitted for prescription lenses. Your optometrist should be able to assist you further.

Polarized sunglasses are specialized eyewear designed to reduce glare from surfaces such as water, snow, and glass. Glare distorts the true color of objects and makes them harder to distinguish. The main difference is that polarized lenses are designed specifically to block the glare from reflected light while non-polarized lenses only block intense light.

BRACELET WARRANTY

MVMT has a limited 2 years manufacturer’s defects warranty from the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover any user abuse, normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care. Proof of purchase as well as photos of the damaged item is required for all warranty claims. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice. Otherwise, if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURNS QUESTIONS

We offer FREE returns on all orders!

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders for items placed on mvmt.com. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. At the moment, exchanges are not available.

For warranty claims or parts replacement, please contact us at support@mvmt.com with your order number and photos/videos to show the damage and for a faster resolution. Only one warranty claim is allowed for each item.

START YOUR FREE RETURN

To start your return, please locate your order number. Once you have printed your return label, attach the label to your return package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label

A few things to remember:

  • Please make sure you are only returning item/s that your return label has listed. Any additional item/s may not be processed properly if there is no return requested for it.
  • Please choose the appropriate reason for return from the dropdown, this ensures that your return is processed accordingly.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed.
  • Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment.
START YOUR RETURN

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
