LEAVE YOUR LEGACY CONTEST 

A MVMT WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE CALLING ALL HUSTLERS

And anyone else pursuing their dream hustle: In line with our new Legacy Slim drop and Leave Your Legacy Campaign, we’re looking to help jumpstart and elevate the business of one lucky hustler in our MVMT community. If you’ve got the next best hustle in the works, this is the contest for you. We want to help YOU leave your own legacy. The winner receives all prizes below: 

1.   A Day In The Life ultimate consultation experience with the MVMT Team. Included:

Logo and Mission Statement creation

One-on-one consultations on brand building, creative direction, social media strategy, leadership, workplace culture, website building, graphic design, storytelling, and more with MVMT team experts.

2. Watches + Blue Light Glasses Gifting 

You (and your team of up to 6 members, if applicable) will receive free watches and Everscroll blue light glasses of your choice to help you stay on it, protected and looking fire while you grind.

3. Custom Blog, Email and Social Media Features

We want to share your story and hustle with our entire global MVMT platform with special features on our channels. 

How to Apply:

Reply to (this) email with:

1.   Name, age and location 

2.   500 word description (within the body of the email, no attached files) of what your hustle/business is and how MVMT can help. 

Terms & Conditions: 

1.   You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. All races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations are welcome, encouraged and celebrated to participate.

2.   Participation is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia except where restricted by law. Employees of MVMT and its affiliated companies are ineligible, as are their immediate family members.

3.   There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest. 

4.   Closing date for the entry will be ___. After this date, no further entries will be permitted. 

5.   This prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered 

6.   Winners will be chosen by the MVMT team via voting system at our own discretion. 

7.   The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Insta within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within this 14 day period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner. 

8.   The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. For the names of the winners, send an email to legacy@mvmt.com. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the Closing date.

9.   The winner agrees to the royalty-free use of their name, image and a description of their entry in any public content or material posted by MVMT.

10. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to MVMT and not to Instagram. You agree to release Instagram from all claims arising out of, or in connection with, this contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this contest should be directed to MVMT and not to Instagram.

11. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the acceptance and use of a prize.

12. If you win, you agree that MVMT and its employees will have no liability to you for any advice they provide to you as part of your prize. By participating you waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages relating to this contest or the prize.

13. This contest and all disputes related to it shall be governed by the internal laws of State of California. By entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state, local and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of all disputes.

14. By entering this contest, you are indicating that you agree to all terms & conditions.
